Privacy Policy
Effective date: March 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Go! Green Wave collects, uses, and shares information when you use the public marketing site, submit a rollout or contact request, start checkout, or use the software platform. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, that organization controls the operational customer data you submit and we process it on its behalf.
Information we collect
- Account data such as name, email, role, and authentication metadata.
- Customer, property, routing, billing, and workflow data submitted inside the application.
- Public demo, contact, and rollout-planning request data such as name, work email, company, phone number, and message.
- Marketing attribution and request-routing metadata such as the page submitted from, landing page, referrer, campaign parameters, marketing session identifier, and duplicate-prevention metadata.
- Usage data such as pages visited, device information, browser storage signals, and log events.
- Payment and billing data handled through Stripe.
- Communications data from messages you send through the Service.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Process payments and send billing notices.
- Deliver operational notifications, rollout planning responses, and support.
- Route public inquiries to the right internal owner and prevent spam or duplicate submissions.
- Measure campaign attribution and first-party marketing funnel performance.
- Analyze usage to improve performance, reliability, and product decisions.
Sharing and subprocessors
We share information with service providers that help us operate the Service. These may include:
- Google Cloud for application hosting, logs, and managed database infrastructure.
- Google Maps and Google OAuth where those product features are enabled.
- Stripe for payments and billing.
- SendGrid for email delivery and Twilio for SMS delivery where enabled.
- Property and enrichment providers where those product workflows are enabled.
Not every provider applies to every page or workflow. We share information with a provider only when that provider supports the feature you are using.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar browser storage to maintain authenticated sessions, remember state, and understand product usage. Public marketing pages also use first-party event tracking and session storage to measure CTA clicks, form submissions, scroll depth, and marketing attribution such as landing page and campaign parameters.
As of March 9, 2026, the public marketing funnel does not load third-party advertising pixels or cross-site retargeting cookies. If that changes, this policy and any required consent handling will be updated before the change ships.
You can control cookies and browser storage through your browser settings, but some features, sign-in flows, and attribution handling may not function properly if they are disabled.
Data retention
We retain workspace data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Public sales and rollout inquiries, along with their attribution and anti-spam metadata, are retained for as long as needed to respond, measure funnel performance, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. You may request deletion of personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to object to processing or request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
International transfers
We may process data in the United States or other locations where our providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to these transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by email.
